Scottish Texas T-ShirtOver 3 million people in Texas have Celtic heritage. The Scottish immigrants who came to Texas helped develop the land and fight for Texas independence. Nearly half of the orginal "300" Stephen F. Austin colonists were of Scottish ancestry. There were 30 Scotsmen who fought at the battle of the Alamo, including piper John MacGregor, who stood on the adobe walls during the battle to pipe the men on in true Scottish tradition.
